Mobile identification chemical laboratory

MICHL is a part of higher modular complet system of mobile identification laboratories within its predetermination.
MICHL is a basic instrument for identification of chemical contamination elements in samples of contaminated areas in field conditions. It can be employed while solving crisis situations of military and nonmilitary character – terroristic threats, industrials breakdowns and acts of God. Container workplace is to be unfolded in uncontaminated area. Samples import from danger area into container is secured by samples collecting team or reconnaissance unit.
Determination of use
- identification of toxic chemical substances and dangerous chemical substances and substances of middle spectrum in environment samples, material, munition fouling, wraps and in devices on level of preliminary and confirmed identification with acceptable outcome by NATO standards. In rare cases also in cilnical samples.
- detection of radiation contamination and detection of biological combat substances on the 1st level
- support analyses focused on effectiveness evaluation of decontamination processing aids, decnontamination effectiveness control and quality verification and water unexception.

Internally the container is segmented on unpressurized technological and pressurized laboratory part. Laboratory part is segmented on workplace of preliminary analysis and preparation of samples and identification laboratory. Laboratory workplaces are separated from each other by wall with free crossing among workplaces without door part.
Technological part is located in front part of container. Laboratory workplaces are located in rear part. Laboratory workplaces etry is trough decontamination and emergency shover for entry and exit.

Air distribution
Delivery support and fresh air distribution for squad needs and some laboratory devices is realized by FVZ and compressor inserted on air distribution.
Laboratory work activity can proceed in routine or hypertensive regime. In case of unforeseen circumstances, to avoid of uncontrolled leakage of tested samples from laboratory there is possible an immediate initiation of low-pressure regime. In a such case the air is exhausted from pressurized part and through FVZ drined in exterior.
Technological devices
Technological devices securing delivery of working and technological media are located in internal technological part of container or appropriate boxes accessible from external part of container.
Set of technological devices consists of: power source device, compressor, filter-ventilation device, nitric generator, back-up power supply, compressed gas bottle, vakuum pumps and water resources management.
Air-conditions
Inner space of laboratory is possible to warm up or cool by help of air-conditioning unit with remote control. Air-condition vaporizer is located in protected box. The box door has to be opened while air-condition is activated.

Construction of container ISO 1C is in step with STN 26 9341.
