Following up the container production technology during the production of steel welded screw frames the following methods are:
- used– material splitting is carried out by means of oxyacetylene burner and plasma /laser/
- welding steel sheets and profiles by the methods MAG and MIG
- welding aluminum parts by the TIG method
- The production of welded materials includes - bending
- manufacturing locksmith’s and plumber details and parts
- dismantling and mounting works, blast cleaning of large
- constructions and small details
- surface working (sanding, spatter, pneumatic paint application, varnishing)
Mechanical treatment
Mechanical treatment of parts for univerzal, CNC and single-purpose engine plant:
- surface treatment by turning operation, milling
- surface treatment by grinding and honing
- surface treatment by drilling, reaming
- grinding of crankshafts
- rubber and sealing profiles production

Vertical machining center VCE Pro Heidenhain iTNC 530 is designed for precise machining of outside dimensional surfaces, drilling, thread cutting,cutting and hobbing of outer and internal surfaces.
CNC machine for seal production
This machine is applied for production of pneumatic and hydraulic seals for order by the system Seal – Jet. This system enables to manufacture needed seal bespoke (15 mm do 250 mm) immediately without use any form.
CNC bending machine INTELIBEND
CNC bending machine INTELIBEND, is designed for production of cold bent tubes made of metal materials with circles section. By using special devices and accessories can bend metal materials with various cross-section parameters and shape them into curve, elbow, spiral and other forms. In as much as high productivity, easy machine adjustion and very liable operation the machine is suitable for piece production as well as mass production.
